The group supports services with THALES in Saudi Arabia, RSADF & RSNF. The company’s design won the competition for the Royal Navy Future Carrier (CVF). It is part of the AirTanker consortium, the winning bid for the RAF’s Future Strategic Tanker Aircraft. Thales UK also won the contract for the British Army UAV program, Watchkeeper. It also produces the SWARM remote weapon station. Thales simulators include full motion devices as well as flat panel and other training facilities.

The Royal Saudi Air Defense (RSADF) is the fourth branch of Royal Saudi Armed Forces. The RSADF has its headquarters in Riyadh (Air Defense Ministry Building).
The Air Defense Forces’ systems are based on the latest technologies and inventions in electronics and computers, and their work is an advanced application of the latest technologies in the weapon industry. The Royal Saudi Naval Force is the Naval force of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, sometimes referred to as the RSNF. The Navy has about 60,000 officers and men, including Marines. The Naval headquarter is in Riyadh. The Western Fleet is based in the Red Sea with the main base at Jeddah. The Eastern Fleet is based in the Persian Gulf with headquarters at Jubail. Other naval facilities were located at Yanbu, Dammam, and Ras Mishab.
In 1980, U.S. defense contractor Science Applications International Corporation began work with the Royal Saudi Navy to design and integrate the country’s own command, control, and communications (C3) centers.
